  • Making new friends as an adult is hard — between work, family, and life commitments, it’s easy to feel disconnected. The Companie exists to change that. We don’t just put women in a room together and hope for the best. We curate connections with care, so that every event feels intentional, safe, and full of possibility.

  • We’ve designed a unique 3-step journey to help friendships form naturally:

    1. The Introduction

      A larger event (around 15 women) where you’ll meet a handpicked group chosen to give you the best chance of genuine connection. During this event, you’ll get to know each other in guided, relaxed ways. At the end, you’ll let us know the top 3–5 women you’d like to see again.

    2. The Circle

      We use your feedback to create smaller gatherings (about 6 women), bringing together those who have shown a mutual interest in connecting further. This is where conversations deepen, comfort builds, and friendships start to form.

    3. The Reunion

      A larger reunion-style event where we bring everyone back together — both new and established friends — to celebrate the connections that have grown through The Companie.

  • When you register, you’ll complete a short questionnaire. In some cases, we’ll also have a quick phone chat to get to know you better. This helps us understand your personality, lifestyle, and preferences so we can thoughtfully match you with women you’ll have the best chance of clicking with.

  • Each event with The Companie is uniquely curated for the women attending. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all gatherings — instead, we design experiences that make it easier to connect in a natural and enjoyable way.

    You might find yourself sharing stories over brunch at a hidden local gem, enjoying a relaxed wine night, joining a creative workshop, or even exploring something new together as a group. The exact format depends on the personalities and interests of the women attending, ensuring every event feels intentional, welcoming, and tailored to spark genuine friendships.

  • Yes, you’re welcome to come with a friend! But each guest must purchase their own ticket and complete the questionnaire. This way, we can make sure every attendee is included in the curated process — no plus-ones sneaking in without being part of the circle.

  • Unlike big mixers or casual meet-ups, we’re not about surface-level networking or “just chatting.” We’re about building real friendships that last. Our process is intentional:

    • Small, curated groups (not random crowds).

    • Guided introductions that take away the awkwardness.

    • A structured journey that moves from meeting → bonding → belonging.

    • An ongoing community where friendships can continue to grow.

  • You’re not the only one — many women feel this way at first. That’s why we design events to be welcoming, guided, and comfortable. By the end, you won’t feel like you came alone, you’ll feel like you belong.

    • 14+ days before the event: Full refund.

    • 7–14 days before: 50% refund or credit for a future event.

    • Less than 7 days: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another approved attendee.

      If we cancel an event, you’ll always receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another event.

  • Currently, our events are in-person only. We believe face-to-face connection is the best way to spark genuine friendships.
